Der \u00f6sterreichische Designer und leidenschaftlichen Vintage-Sammler Alfred Burzler findet im Herbst 2014 eine Handkoffer mit beeindruckenden Negativen auf einem Flohmarkt in Wien und legt damit den Grundstein \u00bbAlfreds Vintage Photography<\/em>\u00ab . Nicht zuletzt in der Hoffnung, mehr \u00fcber den bolivianischen Pressefotografen Leopoldo Yelincic, das Geschehen auf den Bildern und die Umst\u00e4nde, warum sein Werk 10.962 km von La Paz entfernt, in einem Koffer in Wien gefunden wurde zu erfahren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Im Herbst 2014 taucht bei einem Wiener Tr\u00f6dler ein Handkoffer mit der Aufschrift “Neg. Bolivia” auf. Im Koffer befinden sich zahlreiche zusammengerollte Schwarz-Wei\u00df-Negativstreifen. Der Designer und leidenschaftlichen Vintage-Sammler Alfred Burzler erwirbt das Material in Bausch und Bogen. Die ersten eingescannten Negative zeigen Richard Nixon auf Staatsbesuch in Bolivien. Damit ist klar, dass es sich nicht etwa um private Urlaubsfotos, sondern um ein Konvolut von ca. 1.000 professionellen Pressebildern handelt.
